Step 01
Fill out a short form or book a call. Tell us how many desks you need, which city (or cities), your budget, timing, and anything else that matters — modern vibe, lockable room, dog-friendly, late opening.
Step 02
Your advisor researches the full market, pre-screens spaces for fit, and sends you a shortlist of 3–6 options with photos, real pricing, and a clear comparison. No sponsored placements.
Step 03
We book tours, join you on-site (or via video), and help you pressure-test each space — access, Wi-Fi, noise, growth room, the coffee. Most teams make a decision after 2–3 tours.
Step 04
We negotiate price, term length, breakpoints, and move-in conditions on your behalf — leveraging volume across our network to get better terms than you would alone. You get a final contract to sign and move in.

We earn a brokerage commission from the space when a team signs. You pay the same (or less) than you would going direct, because we negotiate on volume. There is no search fee, no success fee, and no retainer. If we don't find you a space, you owe us nothing.
No. There's no exclusivity. You can talk to other brokers, agents, or spaces in parallel. Most founders stop once they see our shortlist because it's usually faster and more complete.

Built in. Every team we place can add a team account for on-demand day passes and meeting rooms across the whole network — one invoice, per-member tracking, volume discounts. Many of our clients start here and expand later.
