Exceptional facilities to hold a day of meetings. Bright and spacious. Easy to find and it's well connected to the public transport in a central location of the city. The staff was helpful, checking in took no more than 2 minutes. Major plus - staff doesn't rush you out of the building by the end of the working day, unlike some other shared office space providers.

For us as a tenant this new office appeared to be a complete disappointment. The problems are too many to even start describing. I would not go into the details of the facade and the building. Subjectively the orange ball at the top looks ridiculous and out of place, but that's my opinion of course ;) The elevators are not intuitive and so many times I explained puzzled visitors how to get to the right floor. I still notice them just standing and scratching their heads. Outside rollers do not go down so the morning sunshine make it literally impossible to work behind the computer screen. In addition to that constant problems with the internet connection add up to the special DO experience. Many things here feel preposterous and overpriced. I would not rent here, there are better alternatives in the city.
