I had a very disappointing experience with this coworking space on the Three Kings’ Eve. I went to pick up a package in my name—a present for my son—and while the reception was closed due to the holiday, security personnel were present. I had electronic authentication and my national ID to prove my identity. The package was visibly next to the main desk, but the security guard refused to let me retrieve it.

While I understand the need for clear procedures regarding package pick-up, the rigid adherence to policy without considering the human aspect led to an inhumane experience. This lack of flexibility and empathy ruined what should have been a special moment for my son on this important day.

Procedures should prioritize people, not just rules. I hope this feedback encourages a review of policies to ensure a more customer-centric approach in the future.

I love coworking! Especially the afterworks and breakfasts every first Monday of the month. The center is very beautiful and has a very fun, diverse community :)

This is a lovely coworking. Beautiful building and design. Friendly staff. I’ve looked at them all and this is the best in Barcelona.

Had an extremely disappointing experience with the coworking on Three King's Eve. Both my husband and I work from this coworking. My husband went to pick up a package addressed to him, which was visibly placed near the reception desk. Although the reception was closed, he had electronic access and could verify his identity with his national ID. Despite this, the security guard refused to release the package, strictly following the policy.

Unfortunately, this package was meant to be a present for our child, and due to this rigid and inflexible approach, we were unable to give him the gift on time. While I understand the importance of procedures, this lack of consideration for people and special circumstances resulted in a deeply negative and inhuman experience.

I urge the coworking management to review their policies to ensure a more empathetic and human-centered approach in the future.
