I recommend every self-employed person to choose another company, as the service here, as well as the accounting, are in no way professional and are also faulty.

Communication is very difficult here and a test of patience. Unfortunately not customer oriented and the worst support I have ever encountered.

People have been trying to get in touch for new online access for six months, as the existing one is no longer accessible when an MA leaves. There is no reaction. I've been trying to get in touch to change my bank details (direct debit) for several weeks, and I've had no response here either. You really despair.
