Positive: Nice, modern, bright rooms, easily accessible Negative: Price-performance ratio is not right at all! There is no communication with the customer! Dirty kitchen, no one feels obliged to clean anything up, meeting rooms are not closed even though they cannot be used, no information about tradesmen/noise/disruptions. My 2 highlights of poor service: Door lock (via app) wasn't serviced, battery dead, we couldn't go to our office for 24 hours, no good communication with us. 2nd: The office has already been terminated, I come in again on the last working day and the office is shown to strangers without consulting me. My rental contract still ran for 3 days... Rarely have I been so speechless by such poor service/communication with the customer

Modern and very friendly office space, equipped with everything you need for a smooth workflow. There are various meeting rooms, a pleasant lounge with a view of a small green oasis. The price-performance ratio is also absolutely fine. Sleevesup is definitely recommended.

The modern, technically well-equipped offices are not only practical, but also bright! There are two larger meeting rooms, the open space and a small lounge, as well as two kitchens. . The inner courtyard in particular is a wonderful place to get some fresh air or take a break. The connection to public transport is only a few minutes away on foot. The atmosphere in the co-working is open and friendly, and Danjela from Sleevesup is very nice, always helpful and committed! She works hard to make everyone feel welcome and always has an open ear.

Modern, newly renovated offices, bright meeting rooms, technically well equipped. If something is missing, Danjela from Sleevesup is there to help. Despite Landsberger Str. quiet and the inner courtyard is almost an oasis of silence. S-Bahn Laim can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

great, modern co-working space. The atmosphere is bright, the offices are chic and practical, and the ceilings are nice and high. There are two meeting rooms, a lounge, two kitchens, and a nice, leafy courtyard. The users are open and friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed. The SleevesUp employee is extremely helpful and highly committed to taking care of the tenants and their concerns. S-Bahn connection Munich-Laim can be reached in 4 minutes on foot, restaurants and retail are also nearby. In short: a great location. We have rented two offices permanently, there are also tables for short-term individual use.
