Sharing Coworking Madrid: Dynamic Workspace in Madrid

2024-Apr: no one seems to work at the office. I've tried multiple times to use their website/calendly to make appointments with them, with no response.

Since it was nearby, I went to the location at the time I selected in the calendly, and there was no staff on site.  One of the members let me in.  It's one floor with some offices, a very small kitchen and a lounge area. Looks like it has 5-8 free hot desks.  I don't really know.

If you a nomad looking to hotdesk, this is not the place.

If you live nearby, need a permanent space and don't want a lot of interaction with lots of new people (and don't need the staff to be available or communicate), this might be the place.

We have had a terrible experience with Sharing Co. They are non existent as property managers. We have had several problems in the apartament they rented for us in Madrid.  It has been over a week they have not fixed the airconditioner/heater. They sent a guy here who didn't fix anything. The Internet signal is week and slow. We were without water in the apartament.  Mediocre company with mediocre service at best

We have not had Air Conditioning in our apartment for 2 weeks and they have been unresponsive. They also put a hole in our bathroom wall and did not patch it up as it continues to smell and attract bugs.

Rented an apartment in the center of Malaga for 1 night. Was pleasantly surprised upon my arrival to see they provided coffee, tea, milk, dish soap, sponge, etc. in little sealed bags. Very practical. Same for the bathroom: they provide everything you need. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. Balcony conveniently had a clothes airer. Wifi worked well. Room was easy to find and to unlock with the provided code. Overall a very comfortable experience!
