Very unfriendly owner.

Because of a typo in the invoice, they wanted to charge me a €5 correction fee, even though the mistake was made by the owner.

After asking on the phone, they simply hung up and said that I would be invited?!

The only question is why invite?

The owner seems to live in absolute financial prosperity, so I will no longer support him!

We had a two-day workshop here and were very excited about our space. With five people, we had a lot of luxurious space with exclusive rooms over two floors, a soundproof meeting room for phone calls, a spacious work room on the ground floor and another room on the upper floor. Each room has a large flat screen that can easily be connected to a laptop using an existing HDMI cable. I needed an unusually large number of Metaplan walls (6 pieces), which were provided to me easily and in a friendly manner. There were also plenty of metaplan cards and functioning scribes. Although self-service is required in the integrated kitchen, fresh coffee was made for us every day. There were snacks, high-quality juices and lemonades, mineral water, whatever your heart desired. Taking over the premises was also very relaxed and problem-free. I got a key to the rooms the day before the workshop, was able to set everything up and we were able to stay as long as we wanted in the evening. On the last day all I had to do was throw the key into a mailbox and everything was done. The Werkheim is just a 15-minute walk from the Gastwerk, our hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so good food for lunch and dinner was guaranteed.
